About Us

A BIT ABOUT US

Meet Abby and Dave—a couple whose journey together has been anything but ordinary. Since 2005, they've devoted their lives to teaching yoga, movement, meditation, and mindfulness, guiding others toward a sense of wholeness that reaches beyond just body or mind. Their partnership, both in life and in their work, has been shaped by more than just shared passions.

Dave’s path has been marked by profound health challenges: A-fib, heart failure, three strokes, a heart attack—each one a trial that would test anyone’s spirit. Through countless hospital visits, endless procedures, and uncertainty that could’ve easily overwhelmed, Abby has never wavered. She’s been Dave’s anchor, his unwavering advocate. She understands, in a way that only someone who’s lived it can, the toll that illness takes not just on the individual, but on those who love them.

Together, Abby and Dave bring this hard-won empathy and resilience into every class they teach, every person they meet. They know that wellness isn’t just about physical health—it’s about the courage to keep going, and the support that makes it possible. Off the mat, you’ll find them outdoors, hiking, backpacking, and savoring the quiet beauty of nature. Their commitment to helping others hasn’t faded; if anything, it runs deeper than ever, rooted in everything they’ve endured and overcome—together.
